Abstract : The MACIV project studies information flows and citizen initiatives on social media during a major event in order to help crisis management actors integrate them into their practices. It also aims to develop a module dedicated to volunteer management within the R-IOSuite platform developed by ITM Mines-Albi. The MACIV project is an experimental research project led by I3-Telecom Paris (UMR 9217), Institut Polytechnique de Paris. It also associates the IMT-Mines Albi Carmaux, the LATTS (UMR 8134), the company Numérique and Digital Citizens, as well as the following institutional partners (signatories of the agreement): The General Directorate of Civil Security and Crisis Management (Ministry of the Interior); the Zone of Defense and Security of the Paris Prefecture; The Fire and Rescue Service of the Var; The VISOV Association. The project began in January 2018 and lasted 51 months. It benefited from an ANR grant of €545933 for a global cost of about €1294277.
