Abstract : The work presented in this thesis aim to reduce the production cost of RF circuits. Indeed, the sale raises of these devices give some reasons to industrials to find new solution to produce, with the lowest cost, these RF circuits, in order to be more competitive. The test representing a very large part of the products, the aim of this thesis is to propose a new modulated signals analysis strategy using low cost digital equipment. In a first part, this manuscript gives a general vision of the industrial test and present a panel of solutions proposed in the state of the art to reduce the RF circuit test, and also few examples of the use of the "level-crossing" technique. This method was chosen to realize the acquisition and the reconstruction of analog and RF signals. The analog signal reconstruction principles from timing information used are then presented. The important element in this method is the determination of the crossing times between the input signal and a voltage reference configured by the user. With this information, is now possible to determine phase, frequency and amplitude of the signal. The effect of the acquisition parameters on the reconstruction quality of a simple signal was studied. The next parts are dedicated to the analysis of modulated signals. In a first time, this study was realized on elementary modulations, and in a second time on more complex modulation schemes, based on concrete case of study as the GSM standard. This work is ending on a study of the non-idealities on the acquisition chain. More specifically is to identify and study the impact of each non-ideality in order to elaborate compensation algorithm.
