Abstract
The research deals with the perennial contract, or the contract of indefinite duration in the public service . It is to seek the reasons for the gradual integration of the contract in the public service and to determine whether the indefinite contract actually secures , or whether, instead , it should be seen as a status circumvention attempt.
La recherche traite du contrat pérenne, soit le contrat à durée indéterminée, dans la fonction publique. Il s’agit de rechercher les raisons expliquant l’insertion progressive du contrat dans la fonction publique et de déterminer si le contrat à durée indéterminée sécurise réellement, ou si, au contraire, il doit être envisagé comme une tentative de contournement du statut.
