This research aims to analyze mathematics teachers’ knowledge in initial training that emerge from a formation with integration of digital technology for function teaching, done in semi-presential and collaborative mode in CSCL platforms. The teaching knowledge analyzed starts from an expansion of the theoretical framework developed by Shulman that has as its principle the pedagogical knowledge and the content as essential to teacher education. With the integration of technological knowledge to the theoretical framework forming the TPACK (Mishra and Koehler), it is necessary a formation that contemplates the integration of technologies to the initial training. The experimental model uses online collaboration (Stahl) as a driving force for training, coupled with didactic and cognitive theories to promote distance and face-to-face interactions that emerge TPACK's knowledge. In the methodology the design of an experiment with five stages of formation was carried out, starting from the theoretical discussion to the planning and execution of a class simulation based on the stages of the Instrumental Orchestration (Trouche). The research had as subject a group of 21 undergraduate students in Mathematics of the present modality. For this research was made the case study of one of the researched groups, which stood out in the discussions along the stages of formation. Two data analysis methods were used, one with support for videographic analysis the microgenetic analysis model and the other with support for online collaboration, the Baker analysis model. The analyzes allowed the identification of the knowledge mobilized by the undergraduates, such as the obstacles related to collaborative interactions. The experimental model showed how knowledge emerges from collaboration, enabling other perspectives for initial teacher education with digital technologies. The results showed that pedagogical and content knowledge emerged strongly throughout the stages of the model. In addition, knowledge emerged, mainly, in situations in which collaboration between subjects was identified. However, TPACK appears in only one of the moments of the collaboration. Finally, we were able to identify that the graduates, even if implicitly, evidenced to have knowledge about the stages of planning and elaboration of teaching situations.
