Abstract : The heart of this experimental PhD work deals with the development of single junction perovskite solar cells in the P-I-N-type structure, i.e. with the following deposition order (by spin coating): hole transport layer / perovskite layer / electron transport layer. The great potential of perovskite materials in photovoltaics and particularly in tandem applications (with silicon, notably) head towards the purpose to results in semi-transparent perovskite solar cells. Investigations are divided in two major axes, each one realized with two different perovskite materials, namely CH3NH3PbI3{Cl} perovskite then (CH(NH2)2)1-yCsyPb(I1-xBrx)3 perovskite the evolution of which is characterized by better efficiency, stability et reproducibility. The first axis is dedicated to the elaboration of opaque perovskite solar cells with a special focus on the perovskite layer crystallization upon the hole transport layer. This is achieved by varying the nature of the latter, the parameters related to the anti-solvent utilization and those related to the thermal annealing of the perovskite layer. Lastly, the second axis deals with the change of the opaque perovskite devices into semi-transparent ones via, firstly, the optimization of N-type interface and, secondly, the integration of a conductive transparent electrode. The compatibility of this electrode regarding these perovskite devices and the photovoltaic characteristics of the latter in semi-transparent configuration are also investigated.
