Résumé

In this beginning of the 21st century, in many countries, the innovation is encouraged in the institutional speeches, at the political level, in the companies and the local government agencies, because it would be a source of growth and progress, the average privileged person of a sustainable development in the industrialized countries and of an improvement of the standard of living of the countries in the process of development. With regard to Algeria, in the context of a competing environment which is being born following recent liberalization from the economy, the innovation has been also displayed for a few years like an objective, which goes in the direction of the development of the economy based on knowledge and industrial development… Consequently, more and more, the glances turn to the system of higher education and the research, on which one intends to make rest future economic competitiveness and the industrial dynamism. Algeria counts 47 universities, 10 university centers, 20 higher national schools, 5 national universities and 10 preparatory schools established with the level as of 48 wilayas (regions). Our research will be interested in the higher national schools of various specialties and its objective is to question the direction given to the innovation in Algeria and the efforts set up to train the expected innovators. From such apoint of view, we defined the principal question of the problematic which will guide this research: “the innovation in Algeria: which training for which innovations?” The questions which guide our approach are the following ones: What do we understand by innovation in Algeria? Which direction gives the various actors to the innovation? To answer which needs, which uses, which aspirations? What are the injunctions to innovation at the political level and how are translated into terms of formation in higher education? What we put on place in terms of formations on the level curriculaire and in the teaching practices and for which expected types of innovation? In Algeria, is the innovation frequently related to the entrepreneurship in the representations? How to explain it? Which are the various identifiable frames of reference and which are the points of tension between them? The theoretical framework of this research is articulated around two theoretical fields: The first interested on the theories of the innovation and its evolution. The second will relate to higher education in Algeria and the formation in the higher national schools. These two fields will be supported by a theoretical analysis of the contributions of the sociology of curriculum vitae in this set of themes. Our job done following an exploratory and descriptive study conducted within the framework of a report of master degree (“the role of the innovation in the improvement of the commercial performance”, 2015). It is based on a qualitative approach which will make it possible to collect, treat and analyze the data.
