DETECTION ET LOCALISATION DE DEFAUTS DANS LES ENTRAINEMENTS ELECTRIQUES

Abstract : The purpose of this thesis is to propose solutions for fault detection and isolation in electtical drives. The particular application studied is a De motor fed by a DelDe converter. Faults are considered in the power converter stage considered as a whole, the CUiTent control loop and the sensors. Analytical redundancy methods using observers, unknown input observers, Luenberger observers and generalized observers are applied to electromechanical applications and compared. The robust residual generation considering structured uncertainties is realized in the time and frequency domains. A method optimizing a frequency criterion is also studied. The realization of fault detection and isolation structures with these tools is expressed with respect to the number of sensors available and the number of faults considered. Synthesis procedures are studied and proposed. The efficiency of the approaches have been confirmed in simulation and on an experimental testing bench.
