Validation et extension non analytique de la théorie des modèles de Volterra à noyaux dynamiques pour la modélisation des amplificateurs à TOP

Abstract : This thesis work concern the study of behavioral modeling potential of a traveling wave tube amplifier used in satellite communication systems. This study inherits an important base of developments carried out over the last twenty years at the XLIM laboratory around the behavioral modeling of nonlinear memory systems, including HF Volterra model. The first objective of this work is to evaluate the capabilities of the HF Volterra model facing a strongly nonlinear broadband device and exhibiting significant HF dispersive effects. The second objective is to develop, from the observations made on the initial model of Volterra HF, new models making it possible to compensate for its defects. The evaluation of these new modeling methods is made on the figures of merit such as C / I3 and the NPR.
