Pérovskites hybrides bromoplombate luminescentes

Abstract : Since 8 years, organic-inorganic hybridperovskites (HPs) have emerged as promising semiconductors for photovoltaic applications and light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs). It is in this context that the results of this thesis lie.1 / A first objective was the synthesis of HPs havinga broadband emission (white light), and high photoluminescence yields (PLQE). A first series of1D PHs of inorganic network PbnBr4n + 2 (n = 1, 2, 3,4), and 2D hybrid perovskites are obtained, the PLQE being 28% and 14%, respectively.2 / The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the structural study and luminescence properties of a family of original 3D perovskites, deficient in leadand bromine (d-HPs). While perovskite 3D APbBr3is not emissive at room temperature in the bulk state,we show that these d-HPs are, making them promising for PeLEDs applications.MAPbBr3 and 2D perovskite (CO2H (CH2) n-1NH3)2Pbr4 (n = 4, 6). We show that the composite hase mission properties different from those of its two constituents. On the other hand, a spectacular (reversible) MCL phenomenon is observed, which highlights the essential role of the interface in energy transfer processes.3 / The third part is the study of the hybrid perovskite2D <110>, (HEA) 2 (FA) 2Pb2Br8 which has a narrow emission in green and a reversible mechanochromic luminescence (MCL) effect. PeLEDs have also been prepared, which is unprecedented for such 2Dperovskite.4 / The fourth part is devoted to the study of a composite consisting of a mixture of perovskite 3DMAPbBr3 and 2D perovskite (CO2H (CH2) n-1NH3)2Pbr4 (n = 4, 6). We show that the composite has emission properties different from those of its two constituents. On the other hand, a spectacular (reversible) MCL phenomenon is observed, which highlights the essential role of the interface in energy transfer processes.
